- Get help with pricing your home and post your home on the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) with the help of a Sterling-Ascott Realtors professional.
- Control how much to offer other Realtors who find a buyer, and retain the right to sell your house yourself and pay no buyer's commission at all.
- No need to be home to answer showing calls. Showings will be handled through the Centralized Showing Service, with a lockbox for real estate agent access your home. You determine the showing instructions to suite your schedule.
- Retain the option to upgrade to Full Service at any time. We'll credit your initial FSBO Program payment toward the Full Service fee*when the sale closes on your home.
